Evoxa HDQ15 is one of the third and highest series of Dual Action machines from Evoxa. This series is dedicated to professionals who expect very high efficiency from the tool and for whom the time spent on polishing results in a financial effect.
With the capabilities of this polisher and the right choice of pads and compounds, you can reduce polishing time by up to 50% (compared to HDC series polishers and other popular brands). HDQ15 Dual-Action is equipped with a 1000W motor. The rotor and gearbox are mounted on NSK bearings, speed control module with a soft start system and speed stabilization. Compared to the HDD series, a slightly weaker motor, but due to a modified, quieter gearbox better distribution of the efficiency of operation to the individual “gears” was achieved. The eccentric system made on CNC, along with low resistance bearings, made the tool effective during cutting and decreased vibrations.
Due to these changes, HDQ series achieves stable rotary movement, even in 1st gear and from 2nd to 4th gear you can do most of the work without losing efficiency. 5th and 6th gears allow you to take advantage of this tool’s competitive edge for more efficient work. Of course, you should use durable pads as Sleeker™ DA Series and compounds like Sleeker™ #1 & Sleeker™ #2 that are insensitive to high speeds.
