Evoxa HDR550 the most powerful and also the most innovative model among Evoxa™ rotary polishers dedicated to detailing and car painting workshops. Its high power is due to the usage of a special two-stage gearbox with an unusual gear alignment, which made it possible to increase its size and its torque significantly. Compared to the HDR500, the new HDR550 has 30% more torque and compared to the HDR400 mk II 60% more. All this was managed while keeping low weight and perfect shape of the transmission chamber, which results in great ergonomics of the whole polisher. This two-stage gearbox allowed engineers to use 1150W motor, which is an optimal balance of power and low working temperatures.

A very important feature of the polisher is the optimally selected speed range from 400 to 2300 RPM. This allows You to work with compounds that require low RPMs without adversely affecting the load on the motor when working in low gears. Of course, you should use durable pads as Sleeker™ DA Series and compounds like Sleeker™ #1 & Sleeker™ #2.
